Home Inspections
All home inspections are done on site and recorded on a web based program performed on an IPad. The report was custom made by owner, Cecil martin himself and is very clear and concise.
After
the inspection we take the time to go over the report in detail. Educating the
client on their new home is of the utmost importance. Shut off valves and
general information on how to maintain and work all of the home systems is also
included in the home inspection. The client will know every detail about their
new home by the time they leave the home inspection. We also take time to
explain any upgrades the home could use to make it more efficient. We will also
point out things that may be working during the inspection but may be a problem
in the future.
The
final page of the report includes a cost to fix summary of all the problems
found. This can be used to negotiate with the sellers before you actually
purchase the house. Our professional report is then emailed to you and your
realtor within 24 hours.

Home Inspection Warranty:
We
are so confident in our home inspection skills, that we are about the only home
inspection company that offers a home inspection warranty to back it up. For
an additional fee (usually about $395) you can have the first year of home
ownership worry-free of any unforseen troubles that may come up. If you have a
problem, just call us and we will investigate it and take care of it. The only
things the warranty does not cover are the problems found during the home
