Inspector
homes is owned and operated by Cecil Martin. Besides being a Virginia certified
home inspector, he also is a master plumber and HVAC technician. He has done
general contracting work renovating and fixing all kinds of problems with houses
all over Richmond for over 20 years! There is not a problem he has not solved
with houses in this area. This gives a great background to reflect on when
going into a house for the first time and being expected to find any issues that
the house might have.

Although
Inspector homes was started as the only home inspection business in Richmond
that offers a home inspection warranty, it has not given up its roots as a
quality home repair business. No problem is too big or too small. Some people
call us for simple plumbing and HVAC repairs, to major plumbing and HVAC
overhaul or system replacement. Lots of people call us for home efficiency
evaluations or just rely on us to offer good common sense solutions to just
about any house problem you can have!
